Haïti : « Tant qu’on laissera l’impunité et l’insécurité se développer, aucune issue n’est possible »
Samedi 16 octobre en Haïti, un groupe de missionnaires, dont seize Américains et un Canadien ont été enlevés avec leurs familles lors d’un kidnapping de masse, attribué au gang « 400 Mawozo ». C’est le dernier signe de la dégradation sécuritaire du pays depuis des années, dénoncée par plusieurs associations sur place qui ont appelé à la grève ce lundi 18 octobre. Frédéric Thomas (CETRI), spécialiste d’Haïti, décrypte cette situation de « violence généralisée » sur RFI dans l’émission l’Invité international le 19 octobre et dans Questions d’actualité le 22 octobre.
